The cell members also sought to recruit other people to help them.

The cell has began its activity last June, and carried out the assassination of the retired first aide, Ahmed Murad, in Miatayn area in Tripoli on August 22 this year. Investigations were launched with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
