Political journalist Johnny Mounir said, “It is most likely that President Najib Mikati will be appointed tomorrow to form a government, but not 100% whether will it be tomorrow or postponed for days.”

Mounir continued, in a call with Al-Jadeed: “This ambiguity on the level of authorship may lead to a request from Mikati to postpone the assignment consultations for a few days.”
