Judge Ghada Aoun did not appear before the Public Prosecutor of Cassation, Judge Ghassan Oweidat, although her lawyer is inside the Palace of Justice, and the stand in solidarity with her was cancelled.

Oweidat summoned Aoun to an investigation session to be held today, Monday, November 14, 2022, to interrogate her in the complaint submitted against her by Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and his wife Randa, for crimes of libel and slander, inciting sectarian trife, and misusing her authority.
