Judicial investigator, Judge Fadi Sawan, was officially notified upon his arrival on Friday morning to his office about the Criminal Court of Cassation’s decision to transfer Beirut Port blast probe to another judge.

State Prosecutor, Judge Ghassan El-Khoury, had earlier referred the decision to Caretaker Minister of Justice Marie-Claude Najem, and Judge Sawan.
