Sources told Sawt Beirut International that the Military Investigative judge, Ali Al-Mousawi, issued a decision accusing the Lebanese Marc Tanios of collaborating with the Israeli enemy through electronic messages. The latter was referred to the Military Court in conformity with Article 278, which stipulates a penalty of temporary hard labor.
