The head of the Progressive Socialist Party, Walid Jumblatt, tweeted the following:

“The only approach to break the vicious circle of obstruction is for the Cabinet to convene without setting conditions to fulfill its duties. Therefore, action should be taken, mainly negotiations with the International Monetary Fund should be launched, a top priority to any reform.”
