The Leader of the Progressive Socialist Party, Walid Jumblatt, said on his Twitter account: “If the first century deal was temporarily suspended as a result of the changes in the U.S. administration, although they have the same vote, then a second century deal looms on the horizon similar to the first deal in its danger and in destroying the Lebanese financial, cultural, and economical existence.”

He added: “For this reason we ask Judge Ghada Aoun to be aware of the wider image and of the traps set by the closest people to her.”
