The Progressive Socialist Party Leader Walid Jumblatt, cabled the French President Emmanuel Macron, condemning the terrorist crime in France, which killed the police officer in Rambouillet, and he reiterated his solidarity with France, which showed its enduring support to the Lebanese.

Jumblatt said in his message: “I offer my deepest condolences to France and its institutions, and to the President Emanuel Macron, after the murder that killed a police officer and a mother of a family in Rambouillet.”

He added: “ The terrorism witnessed in France, of which it is trying to find appropriate solutions to it, prompts me and the Progressive Socialist Party to renew our solidarity with you, and certainly the sympathy of all the Lebanese with the French.”

Jumblatt said: “France didn’t stop supporting the Lebanese with initiatives that we appreciate in this time catastrophic situation.”
