Minister of Justice, Judge Henry El-Khoury, on Wednesday received in his office at the Ministry the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Lebanon, Celine Moyroud, with whom he discussed joint cooperation frameworks between the Ministry and the UN Organization.
