Minister of Labor Mostafa Bayram met Wednesday with Iraqi Ambassador to Lebanon, Haider Al-Barrak, over the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and people.

The pair also discussed the strategic cooperation at all levels, especially regarding workforce, labor, and training affairs.

Moreover, they agreed over a mechanism to put the final touches on a memorandum of cooperation they are to sign later on.

Bayram also received a delegation of the International Labor Organization, to whom he highlighted the necessity of providing international aids to Lebanon, especially amid the massive presence of Syrian refugees in the country.
