The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement:

As a result of immediate follow-up in response to claims regarding individuals who are filling tanks with fuel and diesel, and whereas investigations have been conducted, the Division seized on September 2nd, 2021, approximately 1,400/ liters of gasoline and diesel, packed in 10 liter “plastic gallons”.

The seized goods were turned over to the appropriate unit for legal processing, and the inquiry is still ongoing under the supervision of the relevant judiciary.
