The Lebanese ambassador in Moscow, Shawki Bou Nassar, explained that Russia is not a country of expatriation, and the Lebanese community does not exceed 2,500 Lebanese, most of whom are students. This year, 323 voters were registered in Moscow.

In an interview, Bou Nassar also pointed out that “due to the lack of DHL service in Russia, I will personally accompany the polls to Lebanon,” adding: “The voter turnout will be good in Moscow, and the only obstacle that may limit turnout is the distance from Moscow, and all other things must be easy.”
