Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, tweeted Sunday on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Lebanese independence, saying: “Lebanon is a sovereign, free, and independent homeland, a final homeland for all its children, united in its land, people and institutions. Lebanon is an Arab in its identity and belonging… The preamble to the Lebanese Constitution – Lebanon’s independence.”
