The Order of Nurses warned that “the rapid rise in the number of Delta infections is threatening the citizens’ health.”
The order said: “Amid this reality, the order calls on citizens to be responsible, and appealed to them to adhere to the safety and protective measures, such as wearing masks, washing hands, physical distancing, and avoiding crowded places such as cafes, restaurants, tourist centers, resorts and swimming pools. It also insisted on the importance of receiving the vaccine available.”
The order added: “Health is a shared responsibility, as the medical staff and nurses, cannot fight the virus alone, so cooperation and commitment to restrictions is necessary to avoid the risk of being infected and ensure health safety for the whole society.”
