Prime Minister-designate, Najib Mikati, chaired, at the Grand Serail on Tuesday, a meeting devoted to discussing the electricity file.
The meeting was attended by West Bekaa MPs Wael Abu Faour, Charbel Maroun, Ghassan Skaf, and Yassine Yassine, alongside Director General of the Electricity of Lebanon (EDL) Kamal Hayek, and Head of the Litani Water Authority Sami Alawiya.
Speaking to reporters following the meeting, MP Skaf announced that it has been agreed to provide the West Bekaa and Rashaya region with three to five hours of daily power supply.
