Najib Mikati, the prime Minister-designate, met on Tuesday with a delegation from Iraq that included an adviser to the prime minister, a representative of the central bank, the director general of the financial and accounting training center under the Iraqi finance ministry, a representative from the ministry of education, and Iraq’s ambassador to Lebanon, Haider Al-Barrak.
