Prime Minister Najib Mikati met, at the Grand Serail on Tuesday, with United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Joanna Wronecka.
The pair discussed the latest developments in Lebanon, with Wronecka informing her host that she will submit a report on Lebanon to the UN Security Council during its session on March 17.
Talks also touched on the upcoming parliamentary elections and the negotiations the International Monetary Fund.
Mikati later met with a British delegation comprising UK Defense Senior Advisor to the Middle East and North Africa Marten Simpson, Defense Attaché Col. Lee Richard Saunders, and British Ambassador to Lebanon Ian Collard.
The Prime Minister aslo held a meeting with a delegation of the International Monetary Fund, chaired by Mission Chief for Pakistan, Middle East and Central Asia Department Ernesto Ramirez Rigo.
