Military Judiciary accuse 68 people in Tayyouneh incidents, with scandalous bias to Hezbollah

The judicial curtain came down on the Tayouneh events, and the preliminary investigations revealed, an unprecedented bias to the Shiite duo, at the expense of the “Lebanese Forces” and Ain Al-Rummaneh residents. “Sawt Beirut International” learned that the government commissioner to the military court, Judge Fadi Akiki, accused 68 people in the Tayouneh events and each of what the the investigation shows as an actor, partner, instigator, or interfering in the crimes of murder, attempted murder, inciting sectarian strife, inciting fighting between members of the nation, undermining the authority and prestige of the state, and sabotaging public and private properties.
The prosecution included 18 detainees, and the rest are fugitives, including the security official at Maarab (the headquarters of the Lebanese forces’ commander, Samir Geagea), Simon Msallim, two from “Amal” movement, two people from Syrian affiliation and a member of the Lebanese army, and the rest are from Ain al-Rummaneh area, members and supporters of the Lebanese Forces. Akiki referred the detainees to the first acting military investigative judge, Fadi Sawan, and left it to the latter to decide on the issue of summoning Geagea and listen to his testimony in this case.
