The media office of the Minister of Energy and Water, Walid Fayyad, clarified what was reported about the separation of the Minister of Energy and Water, Walid Fayyad, from BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON.
In a statement, Minister Fayyad’s media office denied “officially all the baseless rumors circulating about this separation.”
He said, “Minister Fayyad has spent more than ten years in the company and held the position of Executive Vice President for the Middle East, and a dispute occurred between the company and the seven members of the management team, when they separated from it in 2017, which prompted each of them to submit complaints. In the end, mediation in 2019 reached an amicable and satisfactory settlement for both parties with confidential terms, by mutual agreement between them.”
He added, “Since then, Fayyad has maintained a good relationship with the company he respects and in whose womb he spent an important part of his career.”
Minister Fayyad confirmed that “no tweet or statement was issued by him or his media office through the media or social media, and everything attributed to him in this context is incorrect.”
