Minister of Environment, Nasser Yassin, on Monday welcomed US Ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shea, with whom he discussed environmental issues related to solid waste, alternative energy, as well as climate change initiatives.

The pair saw eye-to-eye on the importance of involving the private sector in community initiatives.
