Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Charbel Wehbe, on Monday received Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Chantal Chastenay, with whom he followed up on the content of his discussions with his Canadian counterpart, Marc Garneau, in terms of strengthening bilateral relations and the possibility of Canada’s support to Lebanon at this stage.
Minister Wehbe also met with Greek Ambassador to Lebanon, Catherine Fountoulaki, and thanked her for the warm hospitality he received during his recent visit to Athens.
Wehbe later met with Moroccan Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammed Karin, who informed him of his Country’s aid to Lebanon in line with the instructions of Moroccan King Mohammed VI in support of the Lebanese army and the security forces at this stage.
