Caretaker Health Minister Hamad Hassan said that “we found 6800 pills of medicine cut from hospitals. We were looking for it after the Tallil explosion to help patients.”

Hassan continued, “We hope that the competent judiciary will take measures to deter monopolists and companies whose work poses a danger to citizens.”

Hassan stressed: “We continue to raid warehouses and pharmacies to sell medicine to people.”

He addressed the pharmacies, saying: “The saved amount of medicine in an unlicensed place is a matter for which the law will be held accountable.”
