Dr. Imad Hoballah, the Caretaker government’s Minister of Industry, issued Decision No. 20/1, pursuant to which it was decided:

Article One: When filing an application for clearance to import chemicals, the two attached forms “Engagement and Undertaking” are accepted.

Article 2: The present decision will be publicized and communicated as needed, and it will go into effect as soon as it is published.
