The Ministry of Public Health issued a statement stipulating the following: “In order to facilitate the access to vaccination process for citizens who suffer from special medical conditions. Those people are required to follow these steps:

First: Register via the online platform: moph.covax.gov.lb
Second: Contact the vaccination hotline 1214, or send the medical report with medicines and laboratory tests that prove the case (report or old prescription), a copy of the identity, the phone number that was registered on the electronic platform to one of the two e-mails:

A medical committee will consider the submitted requests, and when they meet the required conditions, the response period ranges from one day to one week from the date of sending the documents mentioned in the second item, as the citizen will receive a message on the phone number registered on the platform to choose the date of vaccination.
