The advisor to the Caretaker Minister of Public Health, Mohamad Haidar, said during a television interview “all hospitals in Lebanon have the ability to increase the number of inoculated people.”

He pointed out that “if this process was applied by some hospitals, citizens who don’t deserve to be inoculated will be vaccinated before others.”

Citizens should register through the official registration platform, and wait for the date scheduled by the platform to obtain their vaccine.

Haidar said: “We should always take into consideration that that many Lebanese people have good relations with hospital workers or staff, and if we opened the door for such processes many people will adopt this way to get inoculated.”

He added: “We want to give vaccinations to all people, but the quantity we have received so far is limited, and we are waiting to receive further quantities.”
