Head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, MP Michel Moussa, tweeted this morning:  “The priority of giving the cholera vaccine to prisoners, amidst the overcrowding and tight conditions, is an important matter that deserves praise for the Ministry of Health, the Interior, the Internal Security Forces, the World Health Organization and the International and Lebanese Red Cross…Hope remains that the issue of prisons will be a priority in reducing overcrowding and improving the life and health affairs of prisoners.”
