“National interest is the resistance’s top priority,” reassures Fadlallah, says “Sayyed Nasrallah’s non-appearance is part of the battle’s management”

MP Hassan Fadlallah, the member of the “Loyalty to the Resistance” parliamentary bloc, emphasized today that the resistance prioritizes the interests of the people of Lebanon throughout the country in the conflict it is presently engaged in at the southern borders, putting all internal concerns second.

“This paramount interest necessitates exerting every possible effort to thwart the enemy’s goals in Gaza, as these objectives are not exclusive to Gaza,” he continued. The enemy’s goals are to destroy the Palestinian cause, drive out the Palestinian people from their own country, and alter the entire area. One of the biggest threats to Lebanon is this alone.”

Fadlallah continued to reassure that “the resistance works in accordance with the dictates of the national interest to deter the enemy and protect its people and land on the one hand, and it also works to prevent the enemy from reaching its goal in Gaza.”

He affirmed that “Hezbollah Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, is following the course of this confrontation here in Lebanon and what is happening in Gaza, hour by hour and moment by moment, and is overseeing the management of this battle in his direct communication with the resistance’s field leaders…His Eminence the Secretary-General’s failure to appear in the media to address public opinion is part of his management of this battle, and it is also what confuses the enemy as well.”
