The President of Nawraj Association, Dr Fouad Abou Nader, has laid the foundation stone of the scout village (North Bekaa), in St Romanos monastery, Jdeidet El Fakeha, that was funded by the Evangelical Church in Stuttgart (Germany). This ceremony was sponsored and attended by the Melkite Greek Catholic Bishopric of Baalbek, Archbishop Elias Youssef Rahal, and Father Jean Nasrallah. AS a sign of appreciation and gratitude, a memorial shield was presented to Archbishop Rahal.
