The Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, signed a joint decision with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Ambassador Abdallah Abou Habib, to appoint a joint committee to set a date for Lebanese expats to vote, in conformity with Article 123 of the electoral law.
