The judicial investigator in the Beirut port explosion case, Judge Tariq Bitar, summoned again former Prime Minister Hassan Diab and former MPs Ali Hassan Khalil, Ghazi Zuaiter and Nohad Al-Machnouk for investigation.
After the Court of Appeal rejected the requests to suspend Bitar from the port case.
Judge Al-Bitar set Tuesday, October 12, as a date for the interrogation of Khalil, on Wednesday the 13th for the interrogation of Zuaiter and Machnouk, and on the 28th of that date for the interrogation of Diab.
The notification papers were pasted on the door of the forensic investigator’s office.
