Nuh Foundation in cooperation with ‘Sawa for Lebanon’ and by support of Bahaa and Hasnaa Hariri distributes 7,000 kg of meat

Nuh Foundation in cooperation with “Sawa for Lebanon” finalized its Eid al-Adha program, which contributed to distributing 7,000 kilograms of meat to needy families affected by food insecurity.

This activity was carried out in main areas across Lebanon, including Beirut, Saida, Iqlim al-Kharroub, Tripoli, and Akkar.

The Nuh Foundation, is a Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated for sustainable change in Lebanon through strategic and long-term initiatives. The Foundation focuses on empowering the capabilities of the Lebanese, through urban and rural projects.

“Sawa for Lebanon” is a popular movement that joins together Lebanese from diverse backgrounds who want to contribute to achieving effective change in the country. Sawa also brings together youth members, benefiting from their capabilities and energy, with individuals who are well-versed in the Lebanese political field.

Hasnaa Hariri, founder of the Nuh Foundation said: “We are aware of these tough times that families are passing through amid the stifling and deteriorating economic situation.”

She added: “We strongly believe in the spirit of collaboration towards sustainable change. Therefore, as part of the relief activities, we joined our efforts and cooperated with ‘Sawa for Lebanon’ to stand by needy families during Eid Al-Adha.”

The Nuh Foundation plans to implement future initiatives to secure sustainable and long-term support for the Lebanese in different zones including economic and business management, health and education.
