On February 21 and 22, traffic measures to be taken in UNESCO district

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following:

The Parliament will hold a session on February 21 and 22, 2022 at the UNESCO Palace – Beirut. Therefore, starting from 6:00 am on these dates, cars will be prohibited from passing across the following streets:

Traffic ban:

Coming from Cola towards Al-Agouz Station / Al-Bustani Street, and diverting it towards Cola and returning it towards Gabriel Murr.

Inside the Marriott Tunnel – in both directions, and diverting it towards Gabriel Murr Street upwards, and returning it towards Gabriel Murr.

At the “Mashmoushi Pharmacy” junction, and diverting it towards Mar Elias/Salam intersection.

At the Bank of Beirut junction and diverting it towards Mar Elias/Salam.

Under the Saeb Salam tunnel, and its diversion from the Rashidin Salam intersection in the direction of Mufti Hassan Khaled Park.

From Berlin Street towards the Carlton de Gaulle intersection and diverting it towards Nasr Raouche.

Converting traffic coming from:

Nasr Raouche and divert it upwards towards Shatila Street / Australia.

Abdullah Al-Machnouk/Karami intersection in the direction of Riad Taha Itani Street towards Sakiyat Al-Janzeer.

Sakiyat Al-Janzeer towards Berlin Street – Carlton – De Gaulle.

Abdel Aal Square towards Gabriel Murr.

“Summerland” – Bin Zayed Park ascending towards Abdel-Aal Square – Gabriel Al-Murr – “Marriott”.
