Circulating press information stated the Director-General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Othman, has refused to circulate the arrest warrant in absentia issued by Judge Tariq Al-Bitar against former Minister Ali Hassan Khalil, and returned it to the discriminatory Public Prosecution.
