The Maronite Patriarch Mar Bchara Boutros Rahi received on Friday the Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, with whom he discussed the recent security events in the country as well as the state of the military institution.

His Beatitude praised the army and security forces for their participation in maintaining security and avoiding chaos on the streets, which jeopardizes the country’s security and the safety of all citizens.
