Middle East Airlines – Lebanese Airways announces that all passengers arriving from the United Kingdom, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, India, Malawi, Ethiopia, Zambia, Liberia, Kenya, Gambia and Sierra Leone (not passengers transiting through these countries) must hold a hotel reservation at their own expense, for a period of 4 days. / 3 nights in one of the approved hotels.
Passengers who do not have a hotel reservation (in one of the hotels listed below) are not allowed to board the plane.
Excluded from the hotel quarantine are:
– National and foreign diplomatic missions and their families, provided that they adhere to the quarantine for a period of four days at their place of residence.
Passengers wishing to come and who have received at least one dose of any Covid19 vaccine for a period of no less than two weeks before their travel to Lebanon.
Passengers transiting by land to Syria through Rafic Hariri International Airport – Beirut.
Minor passengers (under 18 years old), whether they are arriving alone or accompanied by their parents.
Passengers who left Lebanon and want to return within a week, that is, those who left during one day of the week and returned on the same day during the following week, in addition to being exempted from conducting a PCR examination in the countries from which they wish to return and are subject to a PCR examination upon their arrival at Rafic Hariri International Airport – Beirut.
