The exchange rate of the dollar on the black market recorded a decrease this afternoon, Sunday, as it ranged between 103,300 pounds for sale and 103,800 pounds for purchase.

In the morning, it recorded 106,400 pounds for sale and 106,700 pounds for purchase.
