Caretaker Minister of the Displaced, Ghada Shreim, said via Twitter today: “On the eve of forming a new government, I reiterate once again that the presence of the Ministry of the Displaced is no longer justified.”

She added: “It would be more useful to consider it as a second portfolio, in preparation for turning it into a directorate that facilitates the affairs of citizens, and adopting instead a Ministry of State for Planning and Local Development that complements and develops what we have done in the current ministry.”

على ابواب تشكيل حكومة جديدة اعود واذكر بان وجود وزارة المهجرين لم يعد مبررا، الاجدى اعطاءها كحقيبة ثانية على سبيل تحويلها الى مصلحة او مديرية تيسر امور المواطنين واعتماد بالمقابل وزارة دولة لشؤون التخطيط والتنمية المحلية تكمل وتطور ما قمنا به بالوزارة الحالية.
