At the invitation of the Maronite Patriarch, Mar Beshara Boutros Al-Rahi, and away from the media, the spiritual retreat was launched in Beth Ania – Harissa for the Christian representatives

It was learned that the largest number of Christian deputies are attending, as are both deputies Gebran Bassil, who is heading a delegation from the “Strong Lebanon” and Strida Geagea, who is heading a delegation from the “Strong Republic”.

According to the program, the deputies will start arriving at 8:30 for the first meditation at 9, entitled: “The Death of Hope and the Divine Resurrection,” to be followed by a break at 9:30, so that the second meditation begins at 10, entitled “ The believer’s internal and external deeds”, provided that after that, for an hour, from ten thirty to eleven thirty, silence, meditation, a visit to the Communion and repentance prevail in the shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon.

At quarter past twelve, the initiator of the call, the Maronite Patriarch Mar Beshara Boutros Al-Rahi, presides over a Divine Liturgy in the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes in the shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, to complete the Easter Communion, after which the deputies eat lunch hosted by the House of Beth Ania and then leave.
