Sawt of Beirut International learned that the Cases Authority of the State Council did not take a final decision in the review submitted by the General Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, in which she requested a moratorium on the implementation of the decision issued by the discriminatory Attorney General, Judge Ghassan Oweidat, on April 15th, where he banned her from working on sensitive files, especially financial files. The Shura Council decided to include this request to the basis of the case, and to inform the Supreme Judicial Council of all the papers and documents of this review and to consult its opinion, being the supreme reference that watches over the proper course of justice and is the one who takes the necessary decisions in this regard , before taking the final decision regarding this review.
