Total gasoline outages in South Lebanon, gas station owners sound alarm

The owners of gas stations in Saida and the South appealed to the new government to take rapid and effective measures to solve the fuel crisis, especially amid total gasoline outages in their areas even to transport emergency cases.

In a statement, the owners of the stations expressed their great hopes that Najib Mikati’s government would find a solution for the existing crisis, stressing the need for a swift solution to all the successive problems that has put a lot of burdens on citizens.

The station owners explained that “the gasoline outages will increase the difficulties of citizens, especially patients who may be left to their fate if fuel is not provided to move them to hospitals.”
