Trash being removed from Beirut, Metn, Keserwan streets

On Wednesday morning, operations to remove the accumulated trash from the streets of Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan has kicked off after a solution was found to protect Jdeideh landfill during a meeting at the Ministry of Interior, in which Interior Minister, Bassam Mawlawi, and Environment Minister, Nasser Yassin, participated, in the presence of other concerned officials.

The accumulated trash will be fully removed from Beirut today and from Metn and Keserwan tomorrow.
