The Permanent Military Court headed by Brigadier General Ali al-Hajj, postponed until March 8, the trial of 20 defendants in the “Kabreshmoun incident” that occurred on June 30, 2019, which resulted in the killing of three persons from the Progressive Socialist Party and the Lebanese Democratic Party, during a tour by the head of the Free Patriotic Tayyar’s Representative Gebran Bassil in the mountain region.

The hearing was adjourned, because one of the defendants was not duly informed of the date of the hearing, which was attended by lawyer Hamada Hamada on behalf of 12 accused from the Socialist Party, and lawyer Fadi Abu Khaled attended on behalf of the rest of the accused
