The United Nations Deputy Special Coordinator in Lebanon, Najat Rushdie, asked for the removal of all impediments to the investigation of the explosion in Beirut’s port, tweeting the following:

“To complete the investigation into the explosion in Beirut’s port and bring justice to the victims, all obstacles must be removed. Victims’ families, as well as survivors, have a right to know the truth.”
