Caretaker Minister of Finance, Ghazi Wazni, has met with the Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, Mahmoud Mohieddine, with whom he tackled financial and economic conditions prevailing over the country, and the IMF’s allocation of $860 million to Lebanon as part of a $650 billion grant distributed among 190 country over the next two months.

Discussions also touched on cooperation with the Fund, especially with regard to the reforms required to redress the economy.
