The departments of the Ministry of Energy and Water rushed to issue a table for pricing fuels based on the market price, but they hesitated after the decision of the Governor of Banque du Liban to open credits for ships anchored off the Lebanese shores, on the basis of the price of 8000 Lebanese pounds.
