Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on Friday welcomed at the Grand Serail Yemeni Ambassador to Lebanon, Abdullah Al-Deais, who conveyed to Mikati the felicitations and blessings of Yemeni Prime Minister, Dr. Moeen Abdul Malik, on the success of the electoral process.

The Yemeni Ambassador also relayed the Yemeni PM’s wishes for a prosperous future in Lebanon.

“I’ve briefed PM Mikati on the most developments in Yemen, including the formation of the new Presidential Council headed by Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, and the current truce between the government and the Houthi militia, which has so far lasted for two months,” the Yemeni diplomat added.
