Hezbollah’s message received…and Bkerki: “it’s up to me”

The case of Archbishop Moussa Al-Hajj’s arrest, almost exploded the internal situation in Lebanon, but the support for Bkerke eased the situation, and opened the door to contacts that reached the highest level, so this issue will not reach places from which there can be no return.

Those familiar with the communications catmosphere confirmed to “Sawt Beirut International” website, that the message that Hezbollah wanted to deliver to Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi had arrived, and it was read carefully and accurately, as Bkerke was aware that a message would reach the patriarchal edifice, but did not know that it would be translated through the arrest of Bishop Al-Hajj.

The sources said: “far from ironic legal theorizing, Hezbollah moved Judge Akiki to deliver the message. Bkerke’s stances have become worrying to Hezbollah, especially those related to restricting weapons to the hands of legitimacy, in a clear reference to Hezbollah’s weapons and its negative role inside Lebanon, in addition to the clear messages from Bkerke towards the international community.

The sources added, “Hezbollah realizes that Bkerke’s objectionable voice reaches the corridors of decision-making countries, and Bkerke’s calls are taken very seriously, and this worries the party and has become a constant source of annoyance for it, in addition to Rahi’s constant cry about obstruction of the judiciary and discretion in dealing with events, especially the issue of the port bombing and the raid of Ain al-Rummaneh.And thus, the party wanted to move from through the military court to attack Bkerke.

The sources reveal that a good share of the message that the party wanted to convey to Rahi, deals with his stances regarding the presidential elections, specifically about the specifications that Bkirki released about any future president of the republic. In the end, it is up to Bkerki, not toTehran nor to Hezbollah.
