Lebanon’s dream is not far off

“We, the sons of Martyr Prime Minister Rafik Hariri will not abandon our responsibility, and will put all our capabilities for the sake of Lebanon’s renaissance,” with this phrase, Sheikh Bahaa Hariri began his speech, reminding us of the Hariri days that were characterized by pride, dignity and tranquility. Yes, he is definitely a statesman with distinction. He is “awaited” by a large segment of the Lebanese, as he has proven that he is “the trustee” of the legacy of the school of late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

Where are we today from Rafik Hariri’s project?

Lebanon and every corner in Beirut miss the “smart and ingenious” man more than ever. Since the assassination of Rafik Hariri, who managed to bring Lebanon back on the Middle East map, and to be an attraction for Arab investments and tourists, there has been no vision for the future of Lebanon.

Today, amid the political confusion and economic meltdown, Sheikh Bahaa Hariri has proven that he is the father of “the poor”, with his help and support for the Lebanese people during the current crisis with the aim of improving their living conditions, in addition to his permanent support for NGOs through the “Nuh” Foundation and the investment developments in the country through “Sawa Li Lubnan”, as well as securing job opportunities for the entire Lebanese segment, as if paving the way for the return of the glory days that were in the era of his martyred father.

The Lebanese dream is not far off

Sheikh Baha Hariri’s latest appearance with a brief and clear word to the Lebanese, refuted all false rumors. His message to the Lebanese reminded us of the martyred president’s words, who was and still a symbol of moderation and Arabism, a symbol of coexistence and pluralism, a symbol of the strength and solidity of his surroundings in general and his sect in particular. Yes, this is Martyr Rafic Hariri’s national school, and today Sheikh Bahaa resumes this journey, freely and independently, in the hope of restoring Lebanon, and turning Hariri’s dream into reality.

It is clear that Sheikh Bahaa Hariri has taken his decision to preserve the national heritage of the martyred Prime Minister Rafic Hariri, and work to strengthen it and re-correct the Sunni compass by supporting the Lebanese people in general and the Sunni community in particular, as well as working on a plan to save Lebanon and return it to the Arab embrace and the international system, and extricate it from the Iranian influence governed by Hezbollah.

The legacy of Martyr Prime Minister Rafik Hariri remains a precious trust in his small and large Lebanese family, and we do not neglect it or give it up as authentic Lebanese. Bahaa Hariri’s return comes from a patriotic base built on protecting the Lebanese heritage left by Martyr Hariri.
