“The meal of the poor” has become in Lebanon the meal of the wealthy, owing to the political and economic wizardry. Thank you to Lebanon’s enchanted politicians for transforming Mujadara into sushi. Sawt Beirut International paid a visit to a Lebanese residence, helping them prepare this famous Lebanese dish, keeping an eye on the ingredients’ bill.
