A military line from Syria to Lebanon for street children

This is Lebanon on Instagram, a people living in denial in their subconscious, like an ostrich burying its head in the dirt, thinking that its body is safe from scenes of horror. And this is Lebanon in awareness: a land that carries poverty and gives birth to children with a wrinkled, old spirit, adorned with the gray of injustice and the sagging of difficult days. On this earth, the skin turns tan early from the flames of the sun and the burning of the ultraviolet rays of darkness, on this earth, children inhabit the emptiness of the sky, humiliating the sweat of the forehead, they recognize death without an identity, dedicating their weak bodies to the masochism of physical violence, and the sadism of adults living with mental illness. And the soul. Beirut Voice International’s camera toured Beirut, which people do not want to see. Perhaps the camera will be truer and more refined than the scenes conveyed by the naked eye.

We continued our daily walk in Beirut, to get to know another type of street children, who did not arrive via a military line from Syria, but came to this world with a military line of oppression.
The number of street children is increasing, and the rate of indifference is declining, as is morale, in a country where there will never be anything but cedar.
In some Arab countries, they threw corrupt officials in the garbage, hoping that this scenario would be repeated in Lebanon.
